3. Free Website Services

Website design and development are provided at no cost. By submitting a project brief, you understand and agree that:

• Your project will be used as a learning exercise for student developers
• Projects are assigned based on availability and suitability
• Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• We reserve the right to decline projects that do not fit our program

4. Hosting Services

To deploy and maintain your website, a hosting plan is required. By subscribing to a hosting plan, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly fee associated with your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Notify us of any changes to your billing details

Hosting plans may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period. You will retain ownership of all website files and code.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of your project:

• You own the website design, content, and custom code created for your project
• We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, open-source libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Respond to communications and feedback requests in a timely manner
• Provide all necessary content, images, and materials for your website
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Not use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

7. Revisions and Satisfaction

We want you to be happy with your website. Our revision policy includes:

• Revisions must be requested within the project timeline
• Major scope changes beyond the original brief may require a new project submission

8. Limitation of Liability

Forgesite Academy provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our team, or use our services for unlawful purposes. You may terminate your hosting plan at any time through written notice.
